The Eldercare Locator is provided by the U. S. Administration on Aging (AoA) and the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging (n4a). This tool can help older adults and their families to find the resources that they need in their communities - including Alzheimer's resources, caregiver assistance, transportation, home repair, and more.
